What changes when you stop waiting for your work to speak for you.
Leaders on what shifted after we worked together, whether 1:1, in a workshop, or in the room at Off the Record. In their own words.
In their words
One-on-one coaching
Directors, VPs, and senior leaders who stopped letting their work speak for itself. Here is what changed after the step change.
“If you're at a point in your career where you feel you've outgrown your current role, but can't begin to understand how to level up, then you NEED to work with Ashley. In just a few sessions she will rewire your brain for the career growth you're seeking.”
“It's like when you finally have that one teacher who really believes in you, propelling you from a D to an A student. You were always smart, you were always capable. You just needed someone to see it and push you.”
“With Ashley's expert guidance, I was able to land a new role with a significant salary increase and a leadership advancement opportunity.”
“Ashley provided validation, clarity, and the tools to own my leadership free of self-doubt and fear. Ashley, you are my secret power.”

“I am more self-assured, empowered, and intentional in how I communicate with my CEO. Now I have greater confidence in the impact and reception of what I communicate. That's huge.”
“She helped me see that I was working extra just to keep myself small. "C-suite wants to hear solutions, not problems" leveled up my conversations with leadership overnight.”
“Working with Ashley helped me identify and name where my triggers come from. I truly feel like I got my mojo back.”
“I developed the ability to self-advocate and clearly articulate my goals. I began taking up space and contributing meaningfully, rather than sitting passively.”
“Her advice was precise, timely, and spot on. I achieved all of the goals I had and successfully got a major strategy approved.”
“She was very direct about the things I needed to improve, but always tied it back to a few actionable items. I would give a 10/10 rating on coaching.”
“Ashley is an exceptionally talented coach and I would recommend her to anyone. From our first meeting, it felt like she really got me.”

When a whole team levels up
Team & corporate programs
Ashley designs and leads leadership development programs for teams. After a multi-week program for Rum Barbancourt's managers, here is what participants found most applicable to their roles.
“The presentations and the feedback that followed helped me manage my own leaders better and coach my team far more effectively.”
“The team-charter exercise stood out. It showed me the value of a clear roadmap and how to collaborate more effectively toward our goals.”
“The CliftonStrengths exercise — seeing which strength fit each person and how to use it day to day. I'm going to run the same exercise with my own teams.”
“I discovered my strengths and weaknesses, and how much listening and empathy matter when you're trying to get buy-in on difficult topics.”
“The decision-making sessions: learning to accept feedback, positive or negative, and grow from it to move forward.”
Where they finally felt seen
Off the Record
Off the Record is an invite-only gathering for high-achieving women, executives, and founders. Here is what they took away.
“Off the Record was a truly singular experience. The programming felt fresh, intimate, and genuinely empowering, and Ashley is an absolute rockstar facilitator. The whole experience felt like something designed by your cool, older sister.”
“I've been waiting for a title or permission to tell me I'm an executive. The truth is, I've already been operating at that level. Rather than waiting for someone to bestow that identity on me, I've decided to start embodying it now.”
“I belong in the room. Walking into a room of ambitious, talented women can be intimidating, but I left feeling so connected and aligned with the group. It was inspiring and empowering.”
“I looked around the room and was in awe, humbled in a way that made me feel seen yet inspired for more. The calibre of leaders Ashley curated exceeded anything I could have imagined.”
“I don't have a network in my life where I get to connect with such successful and impressive women. It helped me feel like there's a real support system out there, with people to reach out to and look up to.”
“Being in a room with ambitious, senior-level women executives, all with an eye to what's next. It's for people who want to live and work in an expansive way, who want to live a bigger life.”
“My success at work isn't an accident, though it often feels like one. Seeing how others perceived me was incredibly insightful.”

ABOUT ASHLEY
The results are theirs. The method is mine.
I spent 10 years in tech and went from individual contributor to VP in five years. I learned the hard way that your work doesn't speak for itself. You have to.
Today I coach directors, VPs, and senior leaders at companies like Airbnb, Meta, Citi, A24, and JLL who are done waiting to be noticed. I do this 1:1, in workshops, and in rooms like Off the Record. The words above are theirs. The work behind them is what we'd do together: find what's actually holding you back, build the strategy against it, and stay in your corner until it works.
MAKE THE CAREER CHANGES YOU DESIRE
STOP WAITING FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO NOTICE YOUR POTENTIAL
You've been doing strong work for years. You may have even been told you're strategic or leadership material. So why aren't you moving forward?
The issue isn't your performance. It's how your performance is being perceived. At a certain point in every career, expectations shift. The professionals who advance aren't necessarily doing better work than you. They've learned how to think, communicate, and connect their work to business outcomes in a way leadership recognizes as impact.
That's the step change. And it's exactly what we work on together.
